Joyce congratulates 2021 Queen’s birthday honour recipients

15 Jun 2021

Member for New England, Barnaby Joyce, has congratulated this year’s Queen’s birthday honour recipients in the region.

He said it was these people who had gone the extra mile in their communities to make a difference.

“In life some throw papers out the window of the car, and that is just life,” Mr Joyce said.

“Others complain about people who throw papers out the window and that does not really help.

“Others stop and pick up the papers. These are the paper picker-uppers.

“We give thanks to these outstanding Australians for their service to the community, we are forever richer for their contribution.”
